WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Items are usually dispatched within 1 business day but this may take longer at busier times. Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding any UK national holidays).

We offer Standard and Express delivery in the UK. This will usually be with Royal Mail however, we may use a different provider in certain situations, such as large orders where other providers may be able to provide more suitable and cost effective services.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, Plant A Smile offer international delivery. International postage costs will be calculated at check out.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

WHERE IS MY ITEM, IT'S NOT ARRIVED?

If your item hasn't arrived after 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange a replacement.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, just post your item back to us. You are responsible for return postage costs and the item must must be returned in its original condition or you will be responsible for any loss in value.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders, perishable products (like plants) or items on sale.

ARE YOU RUNNING NORMALLY DURING COVID?

Due to COVID, there may be delays in Royal Mail deliveries. The extent of the delay will depend on your local delivery office. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. 

We are also temporarily suspending are international delivery option due to significant delays due both to COVID and Brexit.
